Background Screening & Compliance

Effective for the 2019/2020 seasonal year, Ohio North's new Player Safety program will require adults to complete their background screening (every two years) and applicable player safety compliance (as required by state/federal laws and/or Ohio North policy) directly in SportsEngine regardless of your current registration platform.

An adult is defined as all coaches, team managers, trainers, organization staff/employees, board members, referees and any other person age 18 or older who may have the opportunity to have direct and unmonitored access to children in your organization.

IMPORTANT: In order to seamlessly integrate your registration, background screening and player safety compliance, you must use the same email address for ALL registration accounts and player safety processes.
